About Me

There's no mystery to the feelings of mine on health clubs as well as gyms.

 

 

 

 

I haven't worked with one for close to 10 years (except a hotel gym while driving and that's actually rare given the feelings of mine for bodyweight workouts).

 

 

 

 

I really, really do not like them and fortunately more parents are sharing my disdain for giving home and health clubs workouts a shot instead.

 

 

But to illustrate why I think gyms and overall health clubs are useless, especially when you are able to improve physical exercises done at home in a fraction of the precious time, I have think of a bit of "Top 5" list for you.

 

 

Reason #1 Why Health Clubs Will be Worthless: The sweat pools, cardio machines, weight loss pills doctor recommended (a cool way to improve) dumbbells, bars, unclean weights, and so on.

 

 

When was the end time you watched someone taking some kind of disinfectant on the handles of all the dumbbells?

 

 

How frequently do you see men and women have a sweat pool on a bench after they're done working with it?

 

 

That's just disgusting! At least from home it is really your filth that you are touching, not someone else's.
