In part two of this article I am going to look at 3 more foods you should try to avoid whether the goal of yours is to shed body fat and lose weight.

 

 

Another food you must try to avoid is white sugar, refined carbohydrates, and anything with white sugar in it. Sadly a great deal of you preferred chocolates and candies have white sugar in them this means if the goal of yours is to reduce the body fat of yours and get thin, you are going to want to stay away from them.
